We would like to invite you to this year’s summer event, the Delabole Wind Fair. The fair will be on Saturday 26th August at Delabole Wind Farm, North Cornwall. The idea behind the event is to allow people to get close up to a turbine and talk to loads of experts on site. We are organising lots of family entertainment, including professional story tellers, face painters, pony rides, kite flying and lots of local or organic food and drinks, so there’s a lot to do. We’re planning for this to be topped off with an illumination of the turbines in the night sky plus three different bands playing into the evening. It is free entry, and starts at 2pm. Come and join us, and do pass on the invitation and poster to anyone else who may be interested. We look forward to seeing you there!
