Minutes of the
Annual General Meeting held at Poyntington Village Hall at 7.30 p.m.
Thursday 1st May
2008
Present: Councillors
Mason, Buckland, Mrs Dimond, Hunt, Kellaway, Mrs Oliver, Perryman, Clerk Fraser,
7 members of the public.

Councillor
Mason was elected Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

Councillor
Hunt was elected Vice-Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of
Office.

Apologies
for absence were received from: District Councillor Gould, and County
Councillor Legg who would be arriving later in the evening.

The minutes
of the last AGM were accepted. There were no matters arising.

The
Chairman’s report was received and is attached.
-
The draft
accounts for 2007-08 were accepted and signed by the Chairman and clerk.

The Risk
Assessment statement for 2008 was reviewed and accepted.

The
Internal Audit process for 2007 was reviewed and accepted
-
It was
resolved to renew membership of DAPTC.

The
following members were elected to represent the council at the DAPTC Central
Area Committee:
