Yeohead & Castleton Parish Council

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held at Oborne Village Hall at 7.30 p.m.

Thursday 10th May 2007

Present: Councillors Mason, Mrs Dimond, Hunt, Mrs Oliver, Clerk Fraser, District Councillor Gould, 5 members of the public.

1. Councillor Mason was elected Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

2. Councillor Hunt was elected Vice-Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.

3. Apologies for absence were received from: DCC Cllr Legg

4. The minutes of the last AGM were accepted. There were no matters arising.

5. The Chairman’s report was received and is attached.

6. The draft accounts for 2006-07 were accepted and signed by the Chairman and clerk.

7. It was resolved to renew membership of DAPTC.

8. The following members were elected to represent the council at the DAPTC Central Area Committee: Cllrs Mason & Mrs Oliver.

9. The schedule of dates for Council meetings for 2007/2008 was approved:

• Thursday 5th July 2007 at Poyntington
• Thursday 6th September 2007 at Oborne
• Thursday 1st November 2007 at Poyntington
• Thursday 3rd January 2008 at Oborne
• Thursday 6th March 2008 at Oborne
• Thursday 1st May 2008 at Poyntington (including AGM)
