06.72 Council received a copy of a letter from a resident of Oborne to County Trees Officer about possible dangerous trees on A30 in Oborne. Council decided to write to Kevin Cheleda at DCC Highways Dept. to seek an early inspection of the site and of the state of the trees.

The clerk will write to Mr Cheleda at DCC re the dangerous condition of the top part of Pub Lane in Poyntington for horse riders, but requesting that any restoration work retains the obstacles to motorised vehicular use.
