Yeohead & Castleton Parish Council

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held at Poyntington Village Hall at 7.30p.m.

Thursday 12th May 2005

Present: Councillors Mason, Buckland, Mrs Dimond, Hunt, Kellaway, Mrs Oliver, Clerk Fraser, County Councillor Legg, District Councillor Gould, 5 members of the public.

  1. Councillor Mason was elected Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
  1. Councillor Hunt was elected Vice-Chairman and signed a Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
  1. Apologies for absence were received from: Cllr Ms K. Limer,
  1. The minutes of the last AGM were accepted. There were no matters arising.
  1. The Chairman’s report was received and is attached.
  1. The draft accounts for 2004-05 were accepted and signed by the Chairman and clerk.
  1. It was resolved to renew membership of DAPTC.
  1. The following members were elected to represent the council at the DAPTC Central Area Committee: Cllrs Mason & Mrs Oliver.
  1. The schedule of dates for Council meetings for 2005/2006 was approved:

Thursday 7th July 2005 at Oborne

Thursday 1st September 2005 at Poyntington

Thursday 3rd November 2005 at Oborne

Thursday 5th January 2006 at Poyntington

Thursday 2nd March 2006 at Oborne

Thursday 4th May 2006 at Poyntington (including AGM)
