Yeohead & Castleton Parish Council

Minutes of the extraordinary meeting held on Thursday 5th February 2004 at 7.30 p.m. at Poyntington Village Hall.

Present: Councillors J Sherburn, Mrs R Dimond, P Fry, J Mason. Clerk Fraser and 1 member of the public.

1. Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Buckland, Hunt & Mrs J Oliver
2. No declarations of interest in any items on the agenda were made.
3. It was agreed to raise no objections to the planning application for Furlong, Holloway Lane, POYNTINGTON DT9 4LF: erect new garage block and relocate ex-stables. However, the clerk was to convey to WDDC the council’s view of the danger of a precedent being set and requesting a clause 106 agreement between the District Council and the landowner to prevent further development to the north of the site.

There being no further business the meeting was closed at 8.00 p.m.
